Placing Orders:
You can place an order directly on our website. We also offer weekly Facebook sales that allow you to purchase directly from our Facebook page. These Facebook sales take place every Wednesday evening at 8:30 pm EST.

International Shipping:
International orders placed for website sales and Facebook sales may have additional shipping costs of up to $30 depending on the destination. Please contact us if you are placing international order.

Delivery Time:
We ship most orders within 5-7 business days. However, PRE-ORDER items have different ship dates! Ship dates are clearly mentioned in the description of the item - but are usually within 2 weeks. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment, please contact us.

Website Return Policy:
We pride ourselves in providing high quality items and we stand by our products 100%. If you receive an item from our website or Facebook sale that you would like to return, you may return it at a boutique location or by mail. You can read our Return Policy. Please remember that you MUST submit a Return Form along with your returned item.

Addresses/Lost or Stolen Merchandise:
It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout. Jenny Boston is not responsible for item replacement when a wrong address is provided. In addition, Jenny Boston is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once delivery confirmation has been made.
